What we collect
What you send through our inquiry form: your name, email, city or community, details about your room, approximate room size, optional photos of the empty room, the age bands of the children using it (never names or birth dates), your budget and timing, and an optional phone number.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your inquiry, check whether we serve your area, prepare for a fit call and, if you go ahead, plan your project.
Where it is stored
Our website runs on Base44, which stores form submissions and uploaded photos for us. Our providers may store and process this information outside Canada, where it can be subject to the laws of those countries.
Who sees it
Only us, and a specialist partner if your project needs one and you have agreed to move ahead. We never sell your information.
Photos
Photos are stored privately and viewed only by us. If we do not move ahead with a project, we delete them within 90 days.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics to see which pages are useful. We do not put your name, email or phone number into analytics or web addresses.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email@yourdomain.ca].
